1. IESGB extends an invitation to all companies, institutions, and organizations that have demonstrated investment or engagement in ESG from 1 January 2023 to 24 June 2024 (both dates inclusive) to submit their application. Entrants can choose to submit their application for any of the categories based on application requirements and subject to final review and approval by IESGB.
2. IESGB welcomes applications across the globe, without any geographical restrictions. Whilst not a requirement, it is preferred for the entrant's business operation to be based in Hong Kong.
3. Each entrant may submit more than one award category, please refer to application requirement.
4. Previous award recipients are welcome to reapply in the same category if they have made new advancements or improvements in their ESG initiatives between 1 January 2023 to 24 June 2024 (both dates inclusive). 
5. Submissions will only be considered valid upon confirmation of payment. All payment is non-refundable.
6. The jury panel’s decision on the eligibility of the nominations shall be final and is non-appealable.
7. IESGB reserves the ultimate right to make final and binding decisions on the eligibility of all applications.
8. IESGB reserves the right to not bestow an award if the Jury Panel deems that no nomination has earned an award.
